Cook With Me LLC Terms and Conditions constitute a legal and binding contract between Cook With Me LLC and you (the “Agreement”), and by confirming a reservation, you are agreeing to be bound by all provisions in this Agreement at the time of your Reservation.
This Agreement may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most recent version of this Agreement when purchasing services and to remain informed of any changes.

Reservation Policy

Payment in full is required within 72 hours of reservation.

If Cook With Me cancels your reservation due to extenuating circumstances, you will receive full credit towards another date, or a full refund.
Cook With Me may substitute ingredients based on availability.
Once you complete the reservation, Cook With Me receives payment in full. Cook With Me will email your reservation confirmation along with additional information on what will occur once I arrive. Please notify Cook With Me immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email. Participants are responsible to ensure they receive reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a 3 day notice from the time of reservation for full refund or full credit towards another date. If you cancel less than 3 days before your reservation time, Cook With Me will not issue any refund or any credit towards another date.

Staying Safe and Healthy
You are responsible for: (i) informing Cook With Me if you have any medical and/or food allergies; and (ii) avoiding any contact with such medical and/or food allergies. Cook With Me may attempt, but cannot guarantee, to accommodate your allergies. It is your responsibility to prevent allergic reactions.
You should be dressed comfortably but with safety in mind. Flip-flops and open-toed shoes are a safety hazard. Additionally, loose clothing that could get caught in appliances or equipment are also a safety hazard.
Please ensure access to the kitchen is only to you and your Cook With Me guest (s) for the duration of the appointment. Safety is our priority.

Consent Form, Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release
The services I am registering to take with Cook With Me are for the purpose of learning to cook, which involves preparing and cooking food. Like all cooking activities, certain risks and dangers arise, not all of which can be described herein, but may include, without limitation, cuts, scrapes, scratches, puncture wounds, thermal burns, chemical burns, scalds, injuries from using cooking equipment and instruments, eye injuries or irritation, skin irritations, allergic reactions, food poisoning, slips, falls, and choking. I have read the aforementioned risks and I am familiar with the nature of the services and activities involved. I understand and appreciate the inherent risks and the types of injuries that may occur as a result of my participation. I assert that my participation in Cook With Me services is voluntary and I knowingly assume all risks associated therewith.
I understand that I am ultimately responsible for maintaining the quality of the food I prepare, cook and eat during the service or after the service. I alone am responsible for protecting myself against allergic reactions pertaining to food.

Further, in consideration of my ability to participate in any service, I do hereby waive, release, indemnify and shall hold harmless Cook With Me and its owner from and against any and all demands, claims, losses, injury, damages, liability, attorney fees, costs, and/or expenses of litigation, in law or in equity, whether known or unknown, that have arisen or may arise from my participation in or attendance at any services provided by Cook With Me, or from my use of any recipe, skill, technique, or method learned from Cook With Me.

Photographs, Videos, and Recordings

You may take photographs of your participation in the Cook With Me services for personal use.

Unless you provide Cook With Me with written notice to the contrary, prior to your participation in any Cook With Me services, you agree that Cook With Me may take photographs or make video, audio, or other recordings of such services, and hereby grant Cook With Me permission to use such photographs or recordings, along with your image, voice, performance, or likeness, on Cook With Me’s website, for marketing and advertising purposes, in connection with media releases, for informational purposes, and for any other commercial purpose reasonably related to Cook With Me’s business as determined by Cook With Me.

Confidentiality

Cook With Me shall strive to preserve the confidentiality of any information you provide to Cook With Me, and will not sell or give your information to any third party.
